Not to be missed in Apuglia
- Gallipoli, a fishing town with fresh seafood sold on a market close to the harbour. Stop by at the long beach just outside of the city.
- Otranto, a beautiful town with lots of restaurants and its own city beach. Take a dip after lunch!
- Lecce has an impressive Roman amphitheater in the middle of the city. This is the lrgest city in the region.
